  The OPA Book 7 Half-Day Course provides essential training to ensure your work complies with Ministry of Transportation requirements. Participants will receive a reference book to help them safely and effectively secure a traffic lane, allowing work to proceed in a safe and ministry-compliant manner.

  Course Content

  This course will cover:

  • When to apply Book 7 procedures

  • How to draft a traffic layout plan

  • Required personal protective equipment, signage, and pylon placement

  • Relevant Ontario Health and Safety Regulations
