I am currently employed with the City of Toronto as a Fleet Safety Education Consultant. I have worked for the City of Toronto for the past 28 years.  As a Certified CWB all position welder, fabricator and mechanic I repaired, fabricated and maintained municipal equipment and motor vehicles. After 24 years of working on equipment and motor vehicles, I turned my focus towards a position in management as a Fleet Safety Education Consultant. As a Fleet Safety Education Consultant certified through the Transportation& Health and Safety Association I has a diverse amount of experience that includes:

• Trainer to Trainer training 
• POET (Principles of Effective Training)
• Signing authority with MTO (ability to do upgrades and renewals of provincial licences)
• Teach classroom courses (air brakes, defensive driving, CVOR)
• Forklift Certification
• Crane under 7260 kg training
• Backhoe training
• Skid steer training
• Evaluations for HR (driving or operating privileges)
• Standard operating procedures
• Occupation Health and Safety 
• Conduct driver interviews
• Accident investigation and assessments
• Compliance monitoring
• Training and testing of staff to operate all municipal equipment
